Have a barn party! Rent the barn or have a picnic and outing at our 3-Acre lake. Our grounds rental price is $2500.00. Of this a $1000 deposit is required to reserve the date and the $1500 balance is due seven days before the event. Each event also must provide insurance. Call 281.395.4311 for a tour of the property.
