Layne and Lacey Spitzenberger are sisters and third-generation Houstonians who own and operate Circle Lake Ranch. The girls are the 6th removed granddaughters of Jessie Chisholm who founded the Chisholm Trail, the first cattle drive from Texas to the markets and railways in Kansas. The girls were raised in a family legacy of cattlemen and cowboys and horsemanship has always been a part of their family life. We acquired a broodmare band of cutting and reining horses from the most famous sires in the world. We continue to raise outstanding foals every year from the finest pedigrees available. We also constantly refine our broodmare band. Our mares now come from some of the strongest dam lines in the industry....
